Congratulations to Team Pipeline2Paradise, who are the winners of the SHAKA Challenge with a total weight loss percentage of 7.53 % vs. Team Island Sports Media’s 6.28 %.

Team Pipeline2Paradise started the challenge with a total weight of 1281 lbs with a  total weight loss of 96.5 lbs.   Team Island Sports Media started with a total combined weight of 1473 lbs with a combined weight loss of 92.5 lbs.

This  past 6 weeks flew by really fast and proves to me that a few weeks of proper nutrition and exercise can go a long way.  I only dropped 16.5 pounds but I lost inches on my waist and also dropped from a 3XL t-shirt to a XL t-shirt. Read the story »
